There were way to much jelly-fish in my opinion. Here's one. These guys, or girls, sometimes have long, poisonous wires. The jelly-fish itself had a length of maybe 15 centimeters. But including wires they measure up to a metre or two. So, you don't have to be afraid of jelly-fish, but of those wires hanging out of their 'bellies'. But as you can see here, jelly-fish are actually quite beautiful little bastards. They look more like creepy, dried up salade-dressing. About a week later, after I returned home, it was declared by the coastguard that you can't go into the water. Because there were too many jelly-fish. He could be right; my last day was also spend in the water. 5 minutes of joy and about 30 minutes of horror. There were jelly-fish about everywhere. I was lucky not to puke in the water. The pudding-shaped critters were sticking to my suit.
